Over the past 10 years, I established usability standards, guidelines, and processes that ensure products adhere to a common, corporate look and feel. I collaborate with others to establish teams that concentrate on icons, quality UX design, user-interface text, and user-interface design. I strive not only to deliver good experiences to users, but also to create good experiences for the people I work with. This, in turn, enables teams to produce software that enhances the user experience.
