Dr. Saijing Zheng currently works in Microsoft as a UX researcher leading Regulated Verticals in Microsoft Teams. She had 8 years of experience in researching emerging computing technologies (Software/ Hardware) with both consumers and enterprises leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods. She received her Ph.D degree from Information Sciences and Technology at the Pennsylvania State University and worked as a research assistant in Human Computer Interaction Lab. Her work had been published in premier research outlets such as ACM CHI, ACM CSCW, and ACM L@S etc. Dr. Zheng has been a recipient of several competitive rewards, such as ACM CHI Best Paper Award (Top 1% submissions).
