She has been a design researcher/ human factors engineer for the past 20 years, working at the variety of technology companies such as Google, Sony, and Hewlett-Packard Company. She is passionate about modern collaboration tools, mobile UX, and developer UX. She has experience presenting at conferences on the topics about mixed methods, accessibility, and agile research.
