William Griscom

User Researcher, Microsoft

Will is currently a user researcher with the Microsoft Teams Design Group, where he handles product and design research for all of Microsoft’s consumer communications apps, including Skype, GroupMe, and of course Teams. He has spent the last five years helping elevate Microsoft’s consumer experiences across a variety of areas, including Windows 10, Office 365, and the new Microsoft Edge.

Prior to becoming a UXer, Will finished a PhD in psychology from UC Berkeley with a focus on human cognition and visual perception, and a BA from Oberlin College in cultural anthropology.
