Laura Ponce

User Experience Designer, 18F / GSA

Laura Ponce is a user experience designer at 18F, an office in the General Services Administration within the federal government. At 18F, she works to improve the UX of government by partnering with federal and state agencies to research, design, and implement user-centric experiences for public-facing and internal services. Her work also includes coaching federal partners on how to apply user-centered design to their everyday work while utilizing modern development practices. Laura has a BS in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of California, San Diego and a MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University.
